Club Lagoon
As Kenya's newest style of all inclusive club, the Club Lagoon is in the heart of the south coast's fabulous Diani Beach just 30 km south of Mombasa. Built in traditional Swahili architecture, Club Lagoon gives you a feeling of enormous space with its exotic tropical gardens, giant Baobab trees and a series of interconnecting fish filled water ponds and streams overlooking the white sandy beaches of the Indian Ocean.Club lagoon has a spectacular fresh water free form swimming pool which has been specially designed to cater for all types of swimmers. During the day water polo, water volley ball and free pool dive try outs are all part of the action taking place in the pool. Windsurfing, pedalos and sails cats are just a few of the water sports available to you at no extra cost. Other activities include aerobics, water gym, volley ball, table tennis, tennis, football and waterpolo.
Guests have a choice of 4 bars (including one in the pool) and two restaurants (the main dining room) and the Italian downstairs at the ZigZag where it is also possible to have snack menu and an a la carte seafood menu (at a minimal extra cost). Shopping, hairdressing, massage parlour, safari / excursion centre and a PADI dive centre are also available at extra costs.
Club lagoon overlooks the glistening white sandy beach and coral reefs of the Diani Beach. It has 2 types of rooms and most have a view of the ocean. The club is built on a gentle downward slope affording dramatic night views over the illuminated gardens. Nearby to the hotel is an unspoiled tropical forest filled with monkeys who are common guests in our hotel grounds.
